     I eat the light mayo when i get subway its just as yummy as the other mayo they have. I asked for the fat grams when I went to subway and they gave me a booklet showing how much calories and fat everything has in it. Ask for one i do if i forget my booklet at home. I eat the ham when i go it has 5.0 fat grams plus 1.5 saturated fat wheat bread,lettus,tomatoes,onions,green peppers,jalepenos,bannana peppers, and light mayo on my favorite sub. I don't know off hand what the fat grams are for light mayo at subway but its in the booklet.

    SERIOUS! Goals for march

    1. Drink 4-6 glasses of water a day this is a real challenge for me

    2. 30 crunches everyday

    3.yoga 4 times a week even if i do it after everyone else is sleeping

    4. No eating out unless its subway with 6 grams of fat or less

    Someone may have already said this but..

    The great thing about Subway is their "Fresh Fit" menu.  Ever since they obtained their spokesman Jarod (sp?) that lost so much weight, they've put an extra emphasis on health.  Conveniently enough, there is nutritional information for those particular subs on the back of their cups, also.  I get the Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken on wheat with a bag of baked potato chips and a Diet Coke when I go.  I'm a veggie hater, unfortunately, so I'm trying to find a veggie that I can add that I won't ultimately pick off halfway through the sandwhich.
