Someone may have already said this but..
The great thing about Subway is their "Fresh Fit" menu. Ever since they obtained their spokesman Jarod (sp?) that lost so much weight, they've put an extra emphasis on health. Conveniently enough, there is nutritional information for those particular subs on the back of their cups, also. I get the Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken on wheat with a bag of baked potato chips and a Diet Coke when I go. I'm a veggie hater, unfortunately, so I'm trying to find a veggie that I can add that I won't ultimately pick off halfway through the sandwhich.
