By using the Nutrition Log, you will be able to see the balanced out recommended nutritions (ie: carbs, sugars, proteins, etc) for your specific plan. Once you enter your daily infomation of the foods you have eaten, it will calculate to show the comparison. I go by this daily to make sure I am within the recommended amounts.
