    MY WW FRIENDS

I just started the Alli program and have been a  member of weight watchers for almost 9 years (lost over 50lbs on it). Though I am a lifetime member of ww this past holiday season I allowed myself to gain 10 lbs above my goal weight.  I learned about Alli when it first came out but have only decided to try it this week.  I am committing to getting back to my goal weight and I think Alli can help me get there a little faster.  I was really happy to see that other ww members are also taking alli to assist them.  This is the first diet pill I have ever tried in my life, ww has always been the successful way for me but I thaught what the heck, give it a shot.  I would love to hear from other ww people out there! Good luck to everyone!

    Re: MY WW FRIENDS

    Hi Lisa,

I just started back myself and started Ali today.  I too have done WW and did well with it.  So far the only problem that I am seeing in doing WW with Ali is -  There's not enough fat intake in WW,  I have to add things with fat in them.  If you dont have at least 5 grams of fat in a meal,  they say Not to take the Ali,  it wont work if your fat intake is too low.  Its kinda hard trying to stick to WW like I need to and at the same time get close to my suggested fat intake with Ali (which is 18 lunch and dinner - 12 for breakfast).  Hope you are having better luck trying to do both.

    Re: MY WW FRIENDS

I did do WW for 4 months and lost 17 lbs.  I fell off of that wagon and now am climbing back on!  I'm hoping that doing Alli with my WW will help me lost more weight to keep me motivated.  I'm going to start Alli on Monday - I'll keep everyone posted on my progress to see how well the two work together!  My stats now are:

    5' 3"

    CW - 206 lbs

GW - 130 lbs (where I should be)

    Good Luck to Everyone!

    Re: MY WW FRIENDS

I a WW'er since 1994. I did well for 12 years, a few up here and take it back off there, but LIFE HAPPENED for me in a big way the past year and a half and I am now way over goal. For personal reasons I don't feel like I can go back and to be 100% honest the POINTS have never worked for me. I liked the way it was when I lost my 60 pounds way back when (SELECTION PLAN) so I decided to try a new approach. Some of the WW info never went away and I plan to utilize that knowledge with this NEW WAY OF THINKING! I talked to my Dr at length about it and we have a plan of action. Tomorrow, Tuesday March 11 is my beginning!!! Thy Will Be Done! Babs
