    Hello All,

    I just started Alli today. I've been doing the South Beach Diet and Weight Watchers (I switch it up) for about a year. I've lost 20lbs but have seemed to have hit a plateau. I'm hoping Alli can help me overcome this. Wish me luck!

    Thanks for the encouragement guys!!! I haven't fallen off and I am still working at it!  I just need to focus on how I feel and look and not the numbers...because actually I do feel and see a little difference.  I guess that is why I thought I lost more that 1.2 lbs.

    I'm just starting today and your stats are almost exactly what mine are.  I was 135 two years ago and have eaten my way to 195.  I look back at pictures and think how in the world did I get here!  Of course I know how I got here, but now I'm ready to get back to where I once was.  I am definitely up to a challenge!

    Amount to lose:  60 lbs.

    Hi everyone,

    On the day our country celebrates its freedom, I will start taking Alli this evening at dinner. I am excited to join a group where I can have a few buddies on the same road. It is an interesting time of my life. In a few months I will be 50 and want to make sure my next 50 will be as healthy as they can be after a few years of neglect. I know it will thake time but I'm determined to make it with a little help from Alli and my friends.

    Hi, today is my first day taking Alli (7/4/08).  I started my low-calorie, reduced-fat diet on 6/30/08, and started exercising.

    My starting weight:  319 (when I registered online about 10 days ago), but I am already down to 317.8

    Height:  5'10"

    Goal Weight:  170 (long-term goal); my short-term goal is to have at least 50 pounds off by November

    Amount to lose:  149 (by July 2009)

    Hey, everyone! I'm really happy that I've started this program, and am feeling better, but I'm really down today because I followed the program all week until yesterday when I sabotaged myself. I had my weigh-in today and was up 1/2 lb and I'm really trying to keep my attitude right and not keep sabotaging myself.  My weight lost the 1st 10 days was 7 lb, so I can't complain - but tell that to my emotions!  But I will continue and I will lose that 25 lb - maybe not before my daughter gets married, but eventually.
