Here's something I enjoy for lunch:
Chicken Pita Pocket
1 pita round wheat
3 oz shredded chicken (canned)
4 slices tomato
2 lettuce leaf
6 slices cucumber
1 tbsp lite mayo
Black pepper, celery salt to taste
Mix chicken with mayo and season to taste. Heat pita a few seconds to soften a little,
then fill each half with mixture. Add
lettuce, tomato, cucumber and enjoy.
