Hi I am Karen, and I just wanted to say that I love this site and I love this plan! Feb 5 started and I have consistantly lost 2 lbs a week (12 lbs so far) I followed the plan and bumped my fat and calories to the right target and I was afraid that I would not lose any. I lost focus mid week and really upset and moody eating the same old things. However when using this site the recipes really help, plus I have a cooking light cook book. I have consistantly had something like banana nut muffins or the carrot cake (in the alli book) or the famous dt coke cake and all these things are helping me. I just wanted to share some inspiraton as many of you have and I needed it always. Keep your eyes on the prize our perceptions of prizes are all different but an extended lifetime is all on our agenda. Have a great weekend!!!
