I just took my pill about 10 minutes ago. I had a turkey sub from Subway with it :)
My diet is normally pretty low fat [unless I eat out, then i splurge]. But I have problems with one thing: eating during the day. I know it's bad. But I have extreme anxiety and a fear of throwing up.. and it really prevents me from eating anything during the day when I'm at work. I know its TERRIBLE for my body. Once and awhile I'll have a TINY snack in the evening.
So usually, I don't eat until about 10pm unless its Sunday/Tues/Weds. Then I don't eat until around 2pm or 3pm.
I do my best to exercise 2-3 times a week, usually for about 30-45 minutes but I've had a cold lately.
Anyways, I haven't lost ANY weight since I've been gyming it. Do you guys think it's because I have such a bad eating schedule? I don't eat unhealthy THAT often, maybe once a week. Usually its homecooked food. I've been eating a lot of completely homemade all vegetable, low sodium soup.
