    dissapointed... Please reply :(

I didn't lose any weight this week . It makes me frustrated because I used Alli with every meal and I drank plenty of water . I also watched what I ate . Maybe this is because my treadmil broke ? I don't know . I started Curves last week, so I hope it helps . Please everyone, tell me how was your second week ? Did you lose any pounds ? I was so happy I lost 6 pounds the first week .. but now, i'm just dissapointed . Why is it that the weight loss isn't as much as the first week ? HELP !

dont give up. i have been on alli for 1 month and have lost 7 lbs. I look at it this way it didnt take over night to  put it on , so it isnt going to take over night to take it off. What counts is sticking with it and even if it is only 1 pound a week  in 10 weeks that is 10 pounds off and it isnt going back on. your not alone remember that we all have our off days. so chin up, smile on and we will take it off togther.

    Hi Thickumz,

There is no way that you will lose weight every single week until you reach your goal. There are so many things that can impact your weight so it's going to vary, regardless of how well you did with sticking with your plan. That does not mean that you are not losing so do not give up. Your weight can actually vary up to 7 lbs in one day. This means that you can step on the scale tomorrow and see a change.

Stick with your plan for another week and let me know how you do,

    hi

i know trying to lose weight is depressing. but as one person said it took a while to put it on and it is going to take a while to take it off. we all want fast fixes but it doesn't work that way. i have been trying for years to lose weight but i feel confident with the alli program i will do it! for me exercise is a big part. you have to keep activate. walking, biking, weight lifting whatever you enjoy its the key. i would like to be able to eat whatever i want and not have to watch the calories but for me that is not an option. so hang in there. keep a positive attitude. don't let one week get you down.  have a great day.
