Re: Does anyone want a weight loss buddy?

Welcome Maryjane,  It is important to get the fat and calories in your meals so the Alli works.  I personally don't take one with my breakfast (oatmeal 5 grams of fat).  I always take one at my evening meal.  I used to take it after I ate (then if I ate too much fat I would skip the pill).  I wasn't losing much weight doing that so now I take it before my meal and it keeps me honest.  You will adjust and when you exercise it doesn't seem like so much food.  Keep posting you will get a lot of support here.  Good luck, Lynn

It's not a diet - it's making BETTER choices MORE of the time.  And better choices don't include just food - it's food, exercise, attitude, and caring for yourself."    mscolbert (Martha)

Hi Joni,  Sounds like you and your hubby had a great vacation.  You are doing great with your new lifestyle.  You have made some huge changes and it is working for you.  Glad to hear you are exercising and staying motivated.  I got my 20lb badge this week.....yeah!!  I am almost halfway there.  Keep posting so I know how you are doing, Lynn
