If you are using the "My Alli Plan" tools, you can go in and enter how long you walked at what spped and how much you weigh and it will "chart" for you the calories burned for 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, etc.
It's a great tool! I forgot about it and started using it again yesterday.
Go into "myalliplan". Then select My Activity Plan". Under the "Cardiovascular" column click on "log" for the appropriate day and enter the information required.
To see how many calories you are burning, go to the left hand menu again and click on "My Cardio Log". When that screen comes up, click on the link "Cardio Log Summary (Including Calories Burned". There you will see the tracked totals.
