Welcome to the fitness forum. I personally haven't tried or heard much feed back re: the shred dvd. I do know that Jullian Michaels is a very motivating and effective personal trainer, and therefore suspect that the videos are productive. Some of the most commonly mentioned DVD's on the fitness board are The Firm, Taebo, Yoga Booty Ballet, Turbo Jam and Leslie S.'s walking videos! Give these a try and if you do try the 30 day shred DVD, let us know what you think!
