My average has been varying every week. I don't follow any meal plans on here. I think I have literally read every diet book that is out there. I have taken something from each of them.
I do alot of recipes from Biggest Loser but I also do alot of my own. For breakfast I eat egg whites with broccoli and mushrooms or I have oatmeal with wheat toast and fruit.
For lunch I Subway or I eat a piece of meat and salad. Dinner just depends on what kind of mood I am in...lol.
I am religious about the gym. 6 days a week. I also exercise some at the house to. Kind of hard to do that with 3 lil munchkins under the age of 3 runnung around....
Don't feel bad about the 1 lb. I gained 2 lbs one week and then came back the next with a huge weight loss. I had to do the same thing with my salt intake. I was retaining so much water.
