    You can contact Customer Service at 1-877-4myalli (469-2554) M-F, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET and request a new registration code so that you can have access to your extra days that came with your refill pack.

    I have written 2 letters to the site (contact us) and have gotten NO response-

    I bought a starter pack- registered, and then bought the re-fill pack. I made the mistake of discarding the box and not re-registering the new #. I wanted to know if I sent the upc code from the new bottle could I have my account adjusted accordingly?

    I'm trying to access the site and it is stating that my registration has expired.  The problem is that I haven't started the program yet.  I bought the pills several months ago but I haven't started taking them.  What can I do?

    If you registered online, but did not start taking alli or tracking your progress, your days on myalliplan are still counting down. Customer Service can help you register a new account.

    I have been trying to register but once I have entered my code number and format and sale place, I click on continue and it comes back with the same page, but empty! I have tried capitals, no capitals, spaces, no spaces and it keeps on doing the same thing, what am I doing wrong?

    Please be sure to type it exactly as it is in your book. Are you receiving any errors about the code being invalid?

    i am trying to register my alli plan and it won't let me it keeps going back to the same screen about register now how can i completet my registration plan or am i doing something wrong please let me know. thank you.

    I was using explorer, but I tried netscape after I read your answer and I don't know why, but this time my registration worked!

    I am also unable to register my product.  I get a message saying that the page has moved or is not found.  How can I register?  I have set up a user name and password.  I did the preliminary information before I got the product.

    I've tried several times today, using three different browsers. Each time I click on "join myalliplan", it takes me to "page not found" and a site menu. This is very frustrating as I have started my capsules today and want to get going with the online plan right away! If anyone knows how to help, let me know!

    I have purchased a refill pack but cannot find where to enter the product code.  I sent a message to GSK asking for help but the information they sent was so generic, it did not help.  I tried to register the product but it will not let you if you are already registered.
