    All, this guide will show you how to register for myalliplan.

    It will also show you the Confirmation page that is shown if you sign up for myalliplan.  If you did not see the confirmation page, you may not be registered.

    The website will not let me register my product. It says something like "The page you are looking for has moved" or something.

     This happening to anyone else?

     Anyone know how I can register the product??

    I have been trying to register for the last 3 days and I keep getting the same message!!! The system is currently down, please try again later.... When are you going to get this fixed???

    I cant finish registration. It lets me put in name, product code ect. When I put in wt, it says goal would make BMI 9, which it wouldnt. Is anyone else having this problem? I sent an email, but no one answered it.

    Is it saying your current BMI is 9, or your goal weight would put you at a BMI of 9?  Did you try more than once?  Are you sure you entering the values correctly?

    I started a profile last week and did not finish all the information - went away for several days and now I cannot get back to my page.  I did have a password and used my code number as a username. 

    I would like to get back to that information.

    It lets me put in my wt of 210, then my height of 5'5". It then says put in goal, first I tried 30 pounds, which I think is a realistic initial goal, but it says I have to put in at least 50 pounds, so I put in 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, & 60. Each time it said that my wt would then be 112, & my BMI would be around 9. So then I try putting in less than 50, & it tells me to enter more than 50.

    Am I the only one with this problem????

    Instead of entering the weight that you want to lose, please enter your goal weight.

    Current weight (lbs) - weight loss (lbs) = goal weight (lbs)

    210 - 50 = 160

    So your goal weight = 160

    You need to setup an account with a username that you choose (like susan123 or something).  Once you get thru that step, you can enter the product code for access to the site.

    Please call customer service at 1-877-4myalli (469-2554) M-F, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET. and ask for this account to be closed and for a new product code to start over.

    OK, Im a potato head. It works fine when you do it correctly. I thought it was weird that it wanted me to set an immediate goal of 50 pounds.

     By the way, the diet is going well, mostly due to the fact Im afraid of treatment effects & stop myself from having things like a cookie, or cheese on my salad ect.

    I have been trying for two days to register my product, and continue to get this message.  I'm starting to get very frustrated since I have finally decided I was ready to start this program!!!!!  I guess I will keep trying.....If I can't get the assistance that was promised with the product, I might as well forget it.

    What message are you receiving? You can call customer service at 1-800-671-2554, M-F 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. ET (English/Spanish) and request a new registration code if yours is not being accepted. We are working to correct these errors and technical issues, so please be patient. Don't give up on the entire program, there are printed supliments that you can follow if you are experiencing a hickup online. Please keep us updated and we will try to help you as much as possible.

    Hi~

    I have written 2 letters to the site (contact us) and have gotten NO response-

    I bought a starter pack- registered, and then bought the re-fill pack. I made the mistake of discarding the box and not re-registering the new #. I wanted to know if I sent the upc code from the new bottle could I have my account adjusted accordingly?
