Ladies, I'm so sorry that I completely forgot that I had posted on this thread! It is wonderful to see how many new people have joined and how much weight everyone has lost - congratulations to everyone!
Sprinklers - check your sodium intake and your water intake. Too much sodium and not enough water will cause swelling. bump up the water and stay away from processed/preserved foods and it should go down. elevate your feet to get the swelling down in your legs. Don't know what to say about the swelling in your face though! If it doesn't go down, contact your doctor, you can never be too careful.
I'll have to keep a better eye on the threads that I'm on!
