    Re: Is Alli for me?

Bravo to you!!!  This is wonderful. A nice weight loss and a terrific attitude, AND you can see where you're going and how you're getting there (allowing you body's rhythm).

Very glad to hear about the dress!  There's nothing like a few compliments to keep you going.

    So you go, girl!!!

    Re: Is Alli for me?

So, I hit another plateau, but was fine with it.  I saw that I was losing about 1/2 pound or so a week.  Now I am down to 149!  So nice to see that 4 instead of the 5!  Just 1 pound to go to get to the maximum weight for my height on the BMI charts.  Three more pounds to go to reach my goal weight.  I am already thinking maybe I should go down another 5 pounds after that, but I'll decide when I get to 146.  Slow and steady is for me.  Thanks Pat, for all your encouragement.  Thanks Alli, for all its help.  It's a great program.  Even though it is probably intended for folks that want to lose more weight than I did (my goal was 20 lbs), it works great for me.

I'll check in again next week.

    Take care,

    Re: Is Alli for me?

    Hi Mirf, hi Pat!

I just wanted to say congratulations for all your weight loss and for not giving up!  I agree with you in that Alli is a great program and if you keep up, you will succeed.

Like you, I did not have alot of weight to loose but I knew I had to loose them.  I was at the point of hitting the 160's, I actually did one day that made me decide I had to do something about this.  I had heard about this product so I decided to give it a try.  And it worked miracles.

It is different from person to person.  No ones is alike so why it should work the same way?  So, I'm gald you stuck to it and did it.  Don't give up, and you'll reach your goal in no time.

Also congrats on fitting in that dress :-)  I know how it feels to get those compliments too!  My husband is so ecstatic and can't believe how much weight I lost and how good I look.  I still have 5 more pounds to go to reach my goal and I find them to be the hardest ones to loose for some reason, but I'm not giving up.  I'm happy the way I am right now so even if I get stuck on this plateau for ever, I won't regret a thing.

Well, take care, keep up the great work!  You go girl!!!! Don't forget your water...
