    HOT DOGS!!!

Okay I dunno bout you guys but one thing that we tend to do in my house ESPECIALLY in the summer is grill out with burgers and dogs. Well we went to our 1st BBQ yesterday and I was bummed bout what I was gonna eat. I found at the store 98% fat free hot dogs. They are made with turkey. I also bought wheat buns which I do anyways and put some Ketchup on them. For 2 hotdogs (buns included) it was on a few hundred cals I wanna say like 300 and 5 fat grams. And I had 15 baked doritos so with a total of only 8.5 fat grams.

    Re: HOT DOGS!!!

Yep ,you can do hotdogs, actually i try to tear away the excess bun. also I use the pringles that are half the calories, half the fat...and i use nonfat ,plain, yogurt as a substitute for sour cream...even as a dip with onion

    Re: Kosher Hot Dogs

Thank You, Thank You Thank You, The other night I had to suffer and try to eat a hot dog that was a turkey/pork dog,( 70 cal. and 2.5g fat per 1 hot dog)  and I must say it was one of the worst tasting things I think I have ever eaten.  I am normally a Nathan's person, but just one of those , and forget it, the fat content would put you over and I have yet to have any TE's and certainly don't want any.  I cant thank you enough for this information, and I am actually leaving work for my break to go and see the the supermarket carries these hot dogs so that at least I know for all of those summer BBQ's coming up, I can at least enjoy a hot dog.
