I too am just starting. I am 28 and 168lbs at 5'2". My goal is 125, but I would be happy at 130. I started on Sunday 4/13/08. I have 2 kids. My daughter is 8 and my son is 18 months. When I got pregnant with my daughter I was only 122. The day I delivered her I was 152. A week later, I was back down to 120. And from there, I don't even know what happened... but I am sick of being too tired to take my kids to the park, or too tired to go with my husband anywhere. Now, Changing the way I eat has been a lot easier than I thought. Just in a matter of days I feel so much better. I'm not tired, I look forward to my workouts every day... and I actually don't look forward to going to bed at night. As before, I couldn't wait for my kids to go to bed so I can relax... now when 8PM rolls around I get kind of bummed. I haven't had any TEs yet and hopefully I wont .. but I am looking foward to this whole process and meeting new people along the way. Best of luck to all of you!!
