I was good this weekend. I even ate out twice and managed to order healthy and watch my portion sizes. No TE's as of yet and I don't think I will have any... I feel good.
Also at weigh-in on Saturday I was down 4 lbs - total lost so far (4 weeks) is 13 lbs and I am FINALLY down into the 160's! I measured too and had lost 3 inches since the week before. I was quite pleased. Saturday I bought some new smaller clothes as a reward for my hard work. =) However, evidently the smaller jeans I bought are not small enough - I am going to exchange them today. Also I went to the gym Friday night and Sunday morning.
