    Well its friday night and im home from work.I made some plain popcorn and ate that and hopefully wont eat any thing else.Last nite my daughters came in about 11:00 with a pizza and of course i had a piece.I really didnt need it but it smelled so good.So tonite i have to be really good.Tomorrow i dont think ill have a problem,just need to watch the nites.Good luck erery one.

    Okay well Sunday night and I didn't quite make it with my plans for the weekend :(  Today I had one slice of cheese pizza and a few hot wings for dinner.  Then topped that off with some chocolate chip mini muffins - 220 calories just for those!  Other then that I followed my plan so I am hoping tomorrow when I weigh in I haven't hurt myself to much!  I hope the rest of you had a good "staying in your limits" weekend.

    Well i did better this week end.When i weighed in Sunday i was done a pound.It has warmed up a lot here in the NE,so ive been walking outside.and doing some toning.I have a doctors appt. in June and im going to be in the 250's,actually the 240's would be better when i go.

    Hope every one did ok on there plans.

    I was good this weekend. I even ate out twice and managed to order healthy and watch my portion sizes. No TE's as of yet and I don't think I will have any... I feel good.

    Also at weigh-in on Saturday I was down 4 lbs - total lost so far (4 weeks) is 13 lbs and I am FINALLY down into the 160's! I measured too and had lost 3 inches since the week before. I was quite pleased. Saturday I bought some new smaller clothes as a reward for my hard work. =) However, evidently the smaller jeans I bought are not small enough - I am going to exchange them today. Also I went to the gym Friday night and Sunday morning.

    Hope everyone else managed to stay on track this weekend!

    I was not a warrior this weekend.  I was a casualty.  I blew it at lunch and dinner both on Friday, then at breakfast and dinner on Saturday, (pizza was involved in both dinners).  The good news about this program is that it's easy to get back on track.  Yesterday I made the vegie bake from the alli recipe column and will have it again tonight.  I'm back on the workday menu, so that's easy.  Bad news is I have two dinners in restaurants this week.  Good news is I don't look at this as defeat at all, just a blip in a not very rocky road.  I'm glad everyone else did well, keep it up!

    Great outlook Judy!

    Have fun getting back into the Work Week Groove - I enjoy the structure so much more then having my cabinets and fridge at home available all weekend!  Even with my pizza/hotwing dinner on Sunday night I was still able to lose 3 lbs this past week - Thanks to all of you for your Weekend Warrior support!  I will check in again next weekend - I have a camping trip over the weekend with our Girl Scout troop - so it will be fun!  Trying to stay away from the smores should be interesting!

    Hi gang - I didn't see anyone check in for the past weekend.  I was away on my trip to NY so I knew I wouldn't be checking in.  I tried harder in the beginning of the trip but by Saturday I stopped taking the pills because I was having a little bit of the TE's so I just tried to make good choices.  We WALKED tons everyday and I even lost 1 lb while away so that was such a surprise.  I hope you all are hanging in there - weekends are the toughest and I think it was such a great idea to start the Weekend Warriors for those of us that struggle during this period of the week.  I hope you all have a great week and I will check in again on Friday :).
