    Hi!

What is this about a Coke Cake and how does it fit in with the Alli plan?  I am just curious.

Hi Diane, this was posted by Barbr on 4/18/08, I just copied it for you. Rita 150

There are many variations but this might help.   It doesn't rise as high as a regular cake.  You can also make them as cupcakes or in a mini-muffin pan.  Enjoy!

    - Diet Coke Cake

    1 cake mix (any kind)
1 can Diet Coke (Diet Pepsi)
    2 egg whites

Mix together the cake mix, two egg whites and a can of Diet Coke. Actually try 10-12oz and see what works best for you. Pour into pan sprayed with baking spray. The eggs make the cake a little lighter in texture.  Most folks say follow baking times on the cake mix. However, I've found this type of cake bakes much quicker for me. Start checking it about 10 minutes before the box suggests.

    Possibilities:
    - - spice cake mix w/ diet orange
    - - yellow cake mix w/ sprite
    - - Banana cake mix w/ diet root beer
    - - lemon cake mix w/ diet 7-up
    - - Chocolate cake w/ Diet coke
    - - Lemon cake w/ Diet ginger ale
    - - orange cake w/diet Mountain Dew
    - - cherry chip cake w/ A& W diet Cream
    - - Lemon cake w/ Diet Lemon lime
    - - angel w/ Diet Orange
    - - White w/ Diet Orange
    - - yellow cake w/ Diet orange
    - - white cake w/ Diet Peach
    - - spice cake w/ diet lemon-lime
    - - White w/ diet ginger ale
    - - chocolate cake w/ Diet cherry coke
    - - devils food w/ diet vanilla coke
    - - chocolate cake w/ rootbeer
    - - marble cake w/ diet cream soda
    - - lemon with tangerine diet rite
    - - white cake mix w/ diet sprite
    - - Red Velvet w/ Diet Cherry Vanilla Dr Pepper
    - - Banana cake w/ diet root beer
    - - Pineapple cake w/ diet Squirt

hello, i need to recipie to this someone

I make these all the time they are great. My fav. flavor is Lemon Cake mix and a Zero Sprite.

I use almost a whole can of Diet Coke (or other flavor)--mixed with a box cake mix. Mix well--will have the same consistence of a regularly made cake mix. I have never added the eggs (mainly because I never have them on hand). I make mine as cup cakes--at least 12, so I know around the calorie count and fat grams.

    Hope this helps

Does the recipe work the same for Pepsi as well?  My family doesn't drink very much Coca-Cola.
