It's been nearly one full week on the plan, and I've dropped five lbs.!!!! It really does work, and I am so grateful for this plan. I used to try EVERYTHING, and nothing ever seemed to work for me :( I was beating myself up into a low-carb diet, until I realized how much I love carbs and wasn't willing to give them up. Now I eat sensible, balanced meals, and I'm noticing that each day it gets easier. My mouth is less expecting to taste fatty foods and more inclined to appreciate the subtle spices of a decent meal. I've primarily cooked the whole week too, and I believe that has made a significant difference in my progress over past attempts. Ten more to go and I am there!!!!
