    MY LAST BOTTLE OF ALLI

AS I PREPARE MYSELF TO PURCHASE WHAT WILL BE MY LAST BOTTLE OF ALLI, I REMINISCE ABOUT THE LONG JOURNEY I HAD BATTLING WEIGHT LOST. JULY OF 2007 I WEIGHED 260LBS.... APRIL OF 2008 I WEIGH 179 POUNDS.. I ONLY HAVE ABOUT 20 POUNDS TO GO BEFORE I REACH MY GOAL ( WHICH SHOULD ONLY TAKE ABOUT A MONTH OR SO). I JUST WANT TO LET EVERYONE WHO WORKS FOR ALLI KNOW THAT I APPRECIATE THIS AID AS IF IT WAS A REAL HUMAN. IT MOTIVATED ME, IT TAUGHT ME HOW TO EAT BETTER, IT TAUGHT ME HOW TO ENJOY MY FAVORITE FOODS WITHOUT OVEREATING AND IT TAUGHT ME DISCIPLINE. I WAS OVER WEIGHT FOR 5 YEARS AND I LOST IT IN 9 MONTHS. THAT'S WITHOUT SURGERY.. I FEEL GREAT. TO ANYONE WHO IS DOWN AND UNSURE ABOUT ALLI AND U R CONSIDERING DRASTIC MEASURES, HOPEFULLY U READ THIS RIGHT WHEN U R ABOUT TO QUIT AND THIS GIVES YOU THE BOOST YOU NEED.. ITS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENDED TO ME AND MY FRIENDS. SO WHEN I PURCHASE THAT LAST BOTTLE OF ALLI APART OF ME WILL SORT OF CRY BECAUSE I NEVER THOUGHT I COULD LOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL GREAT AFTER THAT

I use to like the old me now I LOVE the new me -D.dot

Re: MY LAST BOTTLE OF ALLI

I think it is great that you have had such success!!!  I started at 260 on January first, and I think with so much to lose that I should have lost a lot more, but have only lost 22 pounds.  It is very discouraging to me, because week after week I only lose 1 or none.  I am thinking that I am going to go see a Dr. next week to determine maybe if there is some other underlying issue of why I cannot seem to drop the pounds.  Anyway great job and keep up the good work!!!!  Any plan secrets that you could share would be appreciated!  Thanks!

Re: MY LAST BOTTLE OF ALLI

well besides changing my eating habits tremedously I told myself that alli is not going to make me lose weight the way I want to so I had to put forth some hard work.... I dedicated myself to the gym for 6 months. I went to the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours. 1 hour and 45 minutes cardio and the rest weights so I wouldn't have sagging skin. on sundays I did a master cycling class which was about 2 hours of cardio... Cycling played a hugh part in my weight lost... it to a month for me to get use to it but my body and my mind loved and now im like a cycling expert lol... find a class or activty you love and treat it like a second job . that was my mentality... I realized the faster I get off the faster I can have a normal life again with 3 or 4 days of exercise and eat healthy with my favorite foods every now and than

Re: MY LAST BOTTLE OF ALLI

What an encouraging story!!!  Congratulations, you should be so proud of yourself. I lost 75lbs. 7 years ago and within the past year and a half have put it all back on, I blame it on me quitting smoking. I became very very ill and was bedridden for a few weeks. After that I just kept on eating and eating and eating until I reached 270, the most I've ever weighed in my life!!!

I am very encouraged by your story and I thank you for sharing, it's people like you that keep us going.

Good luck to you and enjoy your new body.

Re: MY LAST BOTTLE OF ALLI

Thanks for sharing Dot!! That's an amazing story. Good luck to you on the last twenty pounds.

Did the weigh work help with sagging skin? I'm getting ready to start my gym routine. Cardio one day, weights the next.

as a matter of fact the weights do help... if u saw me now you wouldn't really be able to tell I was 260 except for the lil stretch marks I have

Re: MY LAST BOTTLE OF ALLI

Hi, I was reading the threads and when I saw this post I had to respond. I too, am on the last bottle of Alli (my little blue friend) and I have bittersweet feelings too. Thank God Alli was invented, it has help me shed 33lbs so far and I'm down to the last 15lbs. I feel great and look great too. Thank you Alli!
