First of all I love pizza and who doesnt. sadly it has lots of fat, so heres what you need to make a light "pizza".
1. 1 Wheat tortilla.
2. 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese grated.
3. 1 can of sliced mushrooms.
4. 1/2 onion sliced or chopped.
5. A slice of cooked fat free ham chopped.
6. 2 tablespoons of spaghetti sauce.
7. Cooking spray
Grease a frying pan with a little bit of cooking spray then add the mushrooms, onins and ham.In a skillet place the tortilla until it is a bit toasted and it doesnt bend. spread the spaghetti sauce add the mushroomms onions ham and parmesan cheese on top .And enjoy!
