    Beverages

    Can anyone find information on what we are allowed to drink which won't affect the plan?  I know water is always a given.  I love tea and coffee.  Some say that the consumption of caffine has benefits on weight loss and others tell you to stear clear.  I also like herbal teas, especially green.  Are these okay to consume unlimited amounts of?

    Hey have you try those crystal lights they come in single pcks so you can carry them with you so when you want something other than water that would probaly help \,,,

    I really enjoy Diet Big Red and also Diet Cream Soda.

    easy to find at Wal-mart.

    Blackberry Tea from Sonic is a winner with only about 10 calories per glass.

    Well soda is okay but consuming to much can cause celulite AKA cottage chesse legs,butts ands thighs. Coke zero is also a good soda to drink if your trying to diet but agian it is soda so it does have carbonation which causes that ugly "CC" The crstal Lite is a really good idea also try fruit 2 O its really good and its not soda, any type of sparkaling warter dont fall for it its just a soda cover up.

    special k also makes protein water

    it is only 30 calories and comes in yummy flavors

     it also had 5 grams of protein so it makes a good mid afternoon snack to satisy me!
