I thought the same thing, then even taking only 1 or two pills a day as directed I came down with abdominal cramps, vomiting, and rectal bleeding. Turns out Alli very likely caused an inflamation and bloody diahrea, when then let a very nasty bacteria that naturally is in your system to get hold. I am now on a very serious antibiotic to treat an infection of my colon. THAT was certainly not on any of the information given by the company. The eating and exercise plan, and the encouraging website are great.....just don't take the pills.....not worth it. I have lost the weight I wanted to and hope that you are also successful, but please take care, your health is more important.
