chocoprincess: im having a hard time seeing myself eating 1200 a day....i dont much feel like eating but am forcing myself....a piece of fruit for breakfast....salad for lunch and maybe a salad for dinner...i dont even dare count that....i maybe eating bout 400 a day rite now for bout a week....i started my diet a week before starting the pills...i only have about 10 lbs to lose....everyone says not to lose that but i think i need to....do u feel like your not hungry when u sit down to eat??

Did you talk to a doctor about this diet? I think they'd tell you the same thing everyone else is telling you.
I understand what you mean about not feeling hungry when you sit down to eat--but when I feel that way, it is because I am stressed out or depressed. It's funny how eating has so much to do with your mental state and mood. I've been working on my depression and struggles with food for a little over a year with a therapist who deals with eating disorders. See--I think I have the opposite problem you seem to confront: I want to eat all the time. Or, I used to. I've since become much more conscious about putting healthy foods into my body, but I still have so much weight to shed. My main goal is that I get all of my nutrients and plenty of water every day. Then, no matter what I ate, I know I am eating healthy.
Instead of focusing on your weight--try focusing on your health, both physically and mentally.
