Hello, my weight stayed at 151lbs for this week. I did exercise three days this week. I feel better. I will loose my weight goals. I am going to focus on my exercising and my husband is helping me with not saying lets splurge. We went and bought lean cuisine and smart ones pizza's that are within the fat gram and calorie targets to be my splurge and 100 calories different snacks for weak moments or when i get called back in to work and have to work double shifts. I am not going to weigh myself every morning because i got so focused on my weight that i was stressing and losing focus. My clothes are fitting loser and even my neighbors and coworkers are noticing. I will succeed....
