     Thanks you!  Glad I can help some people out!!

     

    Well a little update:

    I started going to the gym almost everyday!  Really have been working hard and its really starting to pay off.  

     Now I'm down to 175!!

    Your story is amazing!!!  Congrats are in order :-)  I just bought the starter kit today and hope to start on it Monday (wish me luck).  Your story is inspiring, but mostly motivating.  How long did it take you to lose the weight?  Hope to hear from you and way to go.
