    check in is not working properly

    My check in day is Sunday.  I do not receive my email notice until Monday.  The time stamp in this morning's email is 11:51:47, Sunday.  I am assuming that this notice is being sent out sometime around midnight.  Not very helpful for a Sunday check in.  In addition, I receive a reminder notice on Monday afternoon, even though I have done the checkin on Monday Morning!  I think timings need to be adjusted, or are you going to tell me this is a glich you are working on and suggest I change my check in day?

    Another problem I have encountered.  I access this website from several computers.  However, only one of them saves my sign in information. I use these same computers for other websites and have no trouble using saved sign in information for those sites. Any suggestions?

    What username account are you checking in with? Do you have multiple accounts?

    The second problem you listed sounds like it is computer error. There might be a firewall up on those two computers that's not on the other one.

    I have one account, username is debpeters56.  I have the same firewall on all three computers; removed them to see if that made a difference, it didn't.

    Right now it looks as if your account is innactive. When was the last time that you logged in or completed a check-in?

    I have been having major problems checking in. My check in date is Sunday but every time I try to check in it says that alli is having a server problem, but I can get into the message board side. Please help. Still have not checked in this week.

    After you select the "Check In Now" button on your myalliplan home page, check to see if you are signed in. If you get a server error, click "sign in" from the top of the error page and enter your login information again.

    You might also want to clear your cache/delete your temporary Internet files.

     my last checkin was either 4/27 or 4/28, and then again this morning.  When I reregistered I was not asked for the code from the package of Alli- perhaps this is the problem?  In addition, there is no countdown on the bottom of my home page like I had when I was in the program last summer.

    You do not need to enter additional codes. You now have unlimited access to myalliplan with your first code.

    I still cannot check in and it has been 3 weeks now.  I have tried going straight to the Internet to check in and also have tried to check in every time I get an email from myalli.com.  Any suggestions?  It is very frustrating.

    Then back to my original problem - my checkin is Sunday, I do not receive a check in email until Monday and I receive a "missed my checkin" email Monday afternoon, even though I checked in either on Sunday or Monday.

    When you are checking in, please be sure to check that you are logged into myalliplan.

    Yes, I am still able to complete my checkins.  BTW, I have several other websites that I have saved my sign in's for, they work just fine, with and without firewalls.
