I'm having trouble with emails sent to me they are going into my bulk file, when I first started they went right into my personal email account. I've changed nothing.............

Please try adding myalliplanemails@myalli.com to your address book in order to insure that these do not go to your spam/junk folders. Also, depending on your email client, there should be a button to mark the email as "not spam."

I am having the same problem as the preious person.  I have changed NOTHING!  My emails just stopped.  I don't even get check in reminders or my steps anymore.  I am an active member on the boards and I am on this site multiple times a day.  Has something gone awry on your end???  This is now the third time this has happend to me...its a bit frustrating!

As a test I deleted a previous post, which sends a notification email to you. Please let me know if you received it.

At any time have you changed your email address? Could you please reply to this with your email address so that we can verify that it's the same address emails are being sent to.

It looks like all of your email notifications are turned on.

Ok Now I'm getting emails in both inbox and Bulk. Mostly in Bulk. I've not change anything my email has been the same for over 3 years.  Not sure what is up I'm just check my Bulk may more and make sure I dont empty before I do.. Thanks

I am beginnign to wonder if it is even worth me continuing to write you all about my problem.  It still isn't fixed and personally I am not sure anyone is even trying to figure it out.

I haven't receeived an email notification now in about 3 going on 4 weeks.  I no longer get check in reminders.  Luckily I am self motivated, but there are those that aren't and they may need the reminders. Someone really needs to address this problem.  As I stated before, I am satisfied  with the ALLI program but I am very dissatified with the technical side.

Do you have myalliplanemails@myalliplan.com saved to your address book? Do you happen to have a quarantined report that is sent to your inbox?
