Flax seeds are a great addition to your alli meal plan and the ground flax seeds mixes real well with yogurt, cereal, baking recipes, etc.
Since your ground flax contains 3 grams of fat, I will recommend adding your ground flax during your meals when you take alli. Just make sure you count the calories and fat grams toward your target recommendations. Keep up the good work!
