    Dining Out

    Hi,

I was enjoying a weekend with my family and we decided to eat at Fuddruckers. YIKES! I was determined to stay within my meal plan goals. I selected the veggie burger and a side of BBQ beans and loaded on the fresh veggies and enjoyed my meal. I requested that my burger bun not be toasted or buttered. I used my calorie and fat counter booklet to estimate the amount of fat in the beans, but could only hope the veggie burger was low fat.

I did not have any treatment effects and felt good about my choices.

I looked at Fuddruckers website today but they did not have any nutritonal facts on their foods. They recommended an ostrich burger for a healthy choice, but that was not on the menu of our restaurant.

    Re: Dining Out

I went to Fuddrucker's last week!  I had a turkey burger, no bun, no fries, water to drink.  I loaded my "burger" down with fresh salsa and veggies.  It was super good but everyone at my table had these huge burgers with fries and milkshakes.  I'll admit, I was jealous but they'll be the jealous ones when I'm skinny :)

FYI, thedaileyplate.com does have some Fuddrucker's items listed.

    Good job!

Awesome. I haven't been to that place since I went on a trip to Baltimore when I was in middle school.
