I don't know if it's only me but am I the only one that has not gotten an Alli rewards in AGES??

I have gotten a download of a recipe card, 2 songs, a cute little thing for keeping my lunch in & that's been it.... and I have been on Alli for about 5 months now & have been successful in my weight loss and have lost evey single week!!

Maybe it's just my imagination but has anyone had the same experience or is it just me???

Rewards are not given out for every check-in. They are tied to specific check-in weeks. So if you miss a check-in, you might miss the reward if there is one for that week.

Are you still in the regular myalliplan or are you in nextphase? The allirewards are only applicable when you are in myalliplan.

I guess I'm not really sure what "phase" I am in... I just continue to follow the plan.

Come to think of it you're right Arlene. I haven't seen anything in the way of rewards.

I'm in the beginning phase, doing well, losing weight but nothing!

I was unable to unzip the file to receive my craving converter. I emailed, they responded and said I needed to call, so I called. It has been several days and I have had no response to my phone call. I was told they would send me an email with the unzipped filed attached. I like rewards and would appreciate the file.

I have emailed the customer service group to inform them of this. If you do not receive the email, please let me know.

What determines when you are placed in the "Nextphase"?  I have not yet met my goal but my page now comes up "nextphase".

I don't want to "restart" and loose all my information.

You will enter the nextphase once you meet your weight loss goal entered during registration. When you do restart, your start date and start weight will change to reflect your current ones. Your information will still be visible in your progress charts.

Hello alliadmin3; my question:  I received the offer for the containers which I sent the application form.  That was nice, thank you! 

I hate to sound greedy, but I heard the cookbook offer was before the containers.  Do I still have the chance of receiving the book offer, or am I done with it?

It would be nice to know so I may buy it on my own instead of waiting.

The cookbook was not a reward like the text messages/recipe card, snack converter, song downloads, etc. The cookbook and alli were offered separately from the myalliplan, to a specific group of advocates, chosen based on participation in the community.

There's always a chance of another gift like this in the future, so stay active and involved in the community.
