i understand your frustration. i began alli 4/21. i have a bad habit of weighing daily (although i only "count" my friday weight...which is my weigh in day). i was up yesterday morning and again this morning. i don't feel hungry, but i do feel deprived.
i wish i had some words of wisdom for you. i can't understand why you're gaining if you're basically staying in the right calorie/fat targets. have you had your thyroid checked? maybe a moderator would be able to help you. and don't forget to watch your sodium intake and make sure you're getting your water in each day.
whenever my scale doesn't cooperate i try to tell myself this.....just think about all the good things you're doing for yourself that you can't see. yes, what we do is cosmetic, but, the long term health benefits are more important. making healthy choices, exercising and taking control of your life (through diet) is empowering.
don't quit. hang in there!
