    I don't know where else to put this.

    Hey everyone!

    I just had a question, I really had no idea where to put this but I hope ya'll can help me. My daily calorie intake is supposed to be 1800 19 fat grms. Well I never meet my calorie intake of 1800, I don't even think I get in 1000 and I never eat 19 grams of fat with each meal. I LOVE fruit, so alot of times this is what I eat for breakfast or a snack. My question is, is this okay? To not intake my 1800 calories a day? I am losing weight but I just want to make sure that it's not going to be a problem for me.

    I too am new to Alli, so far so good. The first week I lost 3 lbs. Fruit and Veggies are good @ all times. I feel it is OK not to intake 1800calories as long as you are not hungry. Make sure you are getting your protein or complex carbs. Exercise and tone so you can keep the loss going…. Best of Luck.

    in my opinion- not taking in the 1800 cal is fine but according to other people they dont loose as fast with out the recommended fat. I am not on alli any longer as I have a very lowfat diet and it doesnt make sense to take Alli anylonger. but I do know that a fruit for breakfast alone or for lunch alone is not good. you need substance that will increase your metabolism for the day like protein or whole grain bread or oatmeal. and the fruit. its fine to have just fruit for snack.

    I eat a whole grain muffin, with egg beater egg and slice of ff cheese for breakfast or oatmeal, and eggbeater or pb and jelly on the eng muffin. lots of quick breakfasts.
