in my opinion- not taking in the 1800 cal is fine but according to other people they dont loose as fast with out the recommended fat. I am not on alli any longer as I have a very lowfat diet and it doesnt make sense to take Alli anylonger. but I do know that a fruit for breakfast alone or for lunch alone is not good. you need substance that will increase your metabolism for the day like protein or whole grain bread or oatmeal. and the fruit. its fine to have just fruit for snack.
I eat a whole grain muffin, with egg beater egg and slice of ff cheese for breakfast or oatmeal, and eggbeater or pb and jelly on the eng muffin. lots of quick breakfasts.
