The reward points at the end of the week, IF you do this DAILY = 100pts!
Eat 1 HUGE salad full of various vegies and greens! It's that easy! You can do this at lunch, dinner, or as a mid-day 'snack!'
Define HUGE you ask? One that is larger than a restaurant side salad...plain and simple. You are trying to get plenty of greens adding fiber, roughage, and nutrients and water to you meal!
BE CAREFUL! Measure your salad dressing or the dreaded TE's could lie in wait for you! Also use care with chopped eggs, cheeses, oil-marinated toppings like peppers and muchrooms at a salad bar. These all have hidded fats that add up FAST!
So...make like Bugs Bunny and eat your greens!

p.s. Afraid of not meeting your cal requirements? Add chicken breasts, grilled or canned fish, and a couple high-grain crackers and you shouldn't have an issue! You might even lose more weight next week!
