95 min exercise - 50 min at the gym, mostly strength training but some cardio warm up, plus a 45 min walk. Work will be crazy-busy this week ... I'll be pleased but surprised if I can add 5 minutes more to that every day for the next couple of days!!
V for 2 big salads, light on the dressing
Also a high fat day :-( ; not the salad dressings, but my downfall ... nuts!! 2,180/110 Fats
