    70 Min (30 ST, 30 walk, 10 yoga) and "V" for a large salad. Decided I love Rasberry Vinaigrette

    hello!

    well my h.e.double hockey sticks week is FINALLY OVER!

    I had my weigh in today and although I didn't lose or gain, I am thrilled because I ate horribly all week.

    on 5/10 and 5/11 NO excercise but a V's for both days!

    Jane- too bad the guy you were rooting for didn't win.. I acutally don't follow golf so I could have cared less who won. The problem was they went into a shoot out which kept us workers later. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

    And congrats to all you ladies on your weight loss!

    I can't wait to get back on the excercise wagon tonight!!!!

    Sorry that I have not posted for a week now but last Monday I received a call from my mom saying that my dad had to go in for a routine heart cath on Tuesday, So my sisters and I went to Columbus Monday night,  My father went in for the heart cath on Wednesday and died on the operating table, he bled to death.  I am in no shape or state of mind for anything right now.  I will try to get back on the wagon soon.  I do plan to take out all of my frustrations and anger out on my body on the exercise equipment starting tomorrow morning.

    Small correction on my minutes:  5/10 was 120 min total, 5/11 was 125  and today 5/12 was rest day.  I got my V for salads each day so far.
