Thanks Tina for helping out. I was supposed to fill in for Carol Joy, but since my computer was down, I was not able to do it. I'm now back up and running, thank goodness!!

May 11, 50 minutes walking, and "V" on the salad
May 12, 55 minutes riding, and "V" on the salad
May 13, no exercise, and no salad (bad girl)
May 14, 3 hours sailing, and "V" twice on the salad (lunch & dinner)
