    Thanks Tina for helping out.  I was supposed to fill in for Carol Joy, but since my computer was down, I was not able to do it.  I'm now back up and running, thank goodness!!

    My updates:

    May 11,  50 minutes walking, and "V" on the salad
    May 12,  55 minutes riding, and "V" on the salad
    May 13, no exercise, and no salad  (bad girl)

    May 14,  3 hours sailing, and "V" twice on the salad (lunch & dinner)

    Tina, small correction on my minutes:  5/10 was 120 min total, 5/11 was 125  and 5/12 was rest day. V's every day but I wasn't able to get the exercise in on 5/13 and 5/14 this week.  Starting over today: 5/15.

    45 min of exercise - 30 min elliptical workout and a nice 15 min walk this evening.  Also V for a big salad.  1481/68.
