Thursday, 5/15: 30 min walk and salad. Friday 5/16 an hour of weight training and a salad.
It is HOT here! In the 90s! It is making walking somewhat uncomfortable. I may have to resort to the treadmill.

well I weighed in today and still the same 163 no weight change in over 3 months which I guess is good but .... I do know that sizes have changed and measurements...must be gaining more muscle....

Yesterday was a rest day for me. Are we still doing the large salads? Doesn't make any difference to me, I just haven't been writing it down. If we are, I've had large salads everyday at least once a day!

Jayne and All - I think we're a few days past due on changing up the extra item we do for the week. I think Carol Joy was changing this each Thursday. Since I was in Japan when the 200 a day crunches was posted, the time for doing it was almost over by the time I got to a computer and knew about it. I never attempted the crunches but it got me thinking about beginner exercises for my core. If Carol Joy doesn't post a weekly extra item soon, I may initiate something along those lines for myself. Maybe we all want to consider a 'self challenge" to add for a week? Does anyone have another suggestion?
