    I started out at 251 and am ending at 246, so that's 5 pounds down. This month also saw me drop below the 100 pound to loose mark!

    Reporting May 31

    50 min - 40 min on elliptical and 10 min of strength training.

    I did compliment strangers or slight acquaintences every day of the last week.

    I was on the receiving end of a nice compliment on Friday.  This lady and I introduced ourselves about 1 1/2 yrs ago.  At a class we both attended, we realized that I'm often leaving the gym about the time that she's arriving.  She recognized me because 1 1/2 yrs. ago I was hobbling on a cane.  At the gym on Friday, I noticed someone wanted my attention as I was getting up from doing my stretches.  It was this lady I had met previously.  She said I looked great and "10 years younger."  She couldn't believe how well I'm walking and moving around.  It made me reflect on how my life has improved in this 1 1/2 yrs. and it felt very good!  God bless her ... I hope some of my compliments this week did half as much of what I received!!

    Jane....what a nice feeling you must of had in regards to the feedback from your gym member aquaintance! THAT is exactly why I like to complement people! You never know how your words might be the difference between a bad and a great day for someone!

    I also have lost 5 lbs this month, not sure of the measurements yet.  I belong to a weight loss group and my coach is taking our measurements tonight and will share them on Tuesday.
