My One day at a time yesterday was pretty hard but I stayed fairly close. It was breakfast at Ryan's Restuarant. I limited myself to a small scoop of scrambled egg and a small scoop of Hash and some chopped beef gravy over one piece of toast and a small orange juice. Ryan's for those who don't know is a Mega Bar Restuarant and you help yourself to all these delicious foods. Yesterday evening was a cook-out at my neice's where I limited myself to a diet Dr. Pepper and 1 hotdog on bun and 10 chips and a tossed salad with lite Italian dressing. Today I'm staying home so I can follow my eating plan so much better. I make me out a menu before I go to bed. I also think that posting here more will help also. I did a lot of walking yesterday and gardening today. I'm determined this week. I'm also remembering my pill before each meal.
Well my weight is 150.3lbs. I did not take my alli pills this week. I have been on a two week vacation but i have been watching what i eat. My husband and i have tiled one of our hallways with ceramic tiles and boy was that a good leg and arm workout. I have my two bestfriends supporting my weight health journey my husband and my mom. The three of us are getting our bodies healthy for ourselves. My mom and i are following the alli program. My husband has always been a workout buff. We will succeed..rabbit4me
