Regarding adding some fat grams. I am having the same problems. I try to add a few almonds after a meal to make up the difference or use regular salad dressing or a tad bit of real butter to add some fat to a low fat meal. It is crazy to think we are having a trouble adding fat, huh??? I even allow myself a slice of REAL cheese at lunch.
I have not had any problem keeping within the calories. I am usually a tad under.
I love logging everything I eat. I like seeing the results at the end of the day. Of course, only when I am being good!
What day do you weigh in? I will be checking in on you!
