    Touching base with you all...

    Just wanted to say hi to everyone, and to those losing on alli...congrats, and keep up the good work.  As of this morning, I've lost 94 lbs. on alli, and I joined a gym last friday, and been working out finally, so I'm feeling good, and doing well, not online much, but wanted to check in and say howdy!  Again, thanks to those at alli, you've saved and changed my life...THANK YOU!

    Started weight : 285 lbs. size :26/28 goal weight: 180 lbs. (if get lower...great, if not...will be happy) current weight, as of 6-11-08 : 184 lbs., size 14/16

    Wow, wow, wow..,..94 pounds that is simply amazing!  Congrats a million times over.  You must feel and look great.  How long have you been using Alli?  I love to hear these stories...

    Wow!  You've almost lost 100 lbs.  That is remarkable.  Thanks for sharing your success with us.  It is very inspiring to  read such stories.  Please check in again soon and let us know how you're doing.  I'm sure that going to the gym will be a huge benefit to you and to your new lifestyle.

    Hi Kendra48642,

    Congratulations on your success! There are many people who will be happy to see that it's possible to lose weight without exercise. The key is to begin moving when you are able to. For some people this means they need to lose some weight first. Exercise is the key to weight maintenance so you do need to make it a part of your plan, but it doesn't have to happen right away.

    Just trying to keep us all in check, and this web site is good for that, it sure helps me, and thank you to you all for your congrats, I know we all can do this...gota have faith, and love our selves to know we are worth the effort!! Hopefully by next weigh in, I'll be down 100 pounds, whoohoooo! I haven't been below 188 since 1997. :)
