Re: Question about my progress on main page

     Hi,

Are you trying to move on to the next phase or restart?  Do you get the error when you try to save that change or after logging into site, selecting check in?  What internet browser and operating system are you using (Internet Explorer, Windows, MAC, etc.)?

If it is not too much trouble let me know step by step what path you are taking.  I am able to login and get no errors on my end, but maybe I am not taking same steps.  I want to try to resolve for you right away, so you can get to the page you  need.  Thanks again.

Re: Question about my progress on main page

OK...I can bring up my home page.  I can even go into the forums and posts.  When I try to edit my goals, ck in, or look at myalliplan.  I get this error.  I use the internet explorer.  I have been doing this since June with no problems.  I have my  home page in my list of favorites, and can get that with no problem.  I have even tried just putting in alli.com weight loss & can get it, but cannot edit, update, or view anything on my acct.....

    Thanks, Donna

Re: Question about my progress on main page

     Donna,

Thanks for the information.  I am able to login and view these areas without issue on my PC using Windows XP and IE 7.  Updates that may have been made to your browser or PC may be causing the issue.  Let's try these things to see if it helps.

    1.  Clear your internet browser history.  You can see steps to do this by going here.  I was not sure which version you use.  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache

    2.  After doing that.  Reopen internet explorer and try again.

    3.  If that still does not work, please try to flush your DNS cache.  If you have some negative entry there it may be causing you to receive the error.

Instructions to do this if you use Windows

    Click Start > Run.

Enter ipconfig /flushdns in the Open: textbox.

    Click the OK button.

    4.  If you are still having issues, you may want to try to use another internet browser.  Such as Moxilla Firefox. If it works in Firefox and not in IE, there may be some settings on your IE browser causing issues.

If you still have issues, please call the tech # below and explain over the phone.  That may be best way to assist.

    Hope this helps.
