    getridoffat,

plug your items into the nutrition log.

It will give you your fat and calories. Breakfast and dinner seem to be too low fat. Your snack looks like it's too high fat if you are eating regular cottage cheese.

Watch your sodium. Cottage cheese has A LOT!

Logging your foods into the nutrition log is VERY helpful ... also put www.calorieking.com into your favorites, or fitday.com.  THose websites are very useful.

Try adding a few nuts with your lunch - it adds those needed fat grams you may need (also protein) - what about eating some veggies with your lunch ???  (small carrot, pieces of celery)

Do you eat the same thing every day?  Hopefully not - you'll get bored VERY fast and that causes a lot of folks to go off the deep end, so to speak.

Take some time and go through the recipe forums here .. we have a lot of great recipes & ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinners, snacks even desserts !!!

what is your current weight/height?  i'm in the same boat...i gave up in 2 days...lol....i started back up again...got alot of good advice from this message board...i stopped obsessing with the scale...only going to weigh myself  once a week. instead of everyday!

you can do it...write down everything you eat...everything!  and pre planning meals are a pretty good idea...

I hope to at least lose 3 lbs in the first week...Keep us posted on your progress!

    Re: returning Alli user 5-12-08

I use www.fitday.com faithfully every day and I keep control of my fat/calories that way.  It also tells you the percentage of carbs, fat and protein you consume for the day.  It's geat!  I'm really pretty amazed at what I've been able to eat - I don't really feel like I'm **dieting**

Blazer - I was wondering how you were doing also.  How was your first week?

    Good luck!
