I was taking Alli with all meals that contained fat. I exceeded 3 pills per day. I have diarrhea x 7 3 days ago with extreme gastritis. I have overactive bowel sounds at this point in addition to pain. The pain has decreased, but is still present. I stopped taking the pills on Friday. What should I do? Corey

The Alli package label states not to exceed 3 pills per day. You are describing symptoms that can be expected with over usage.  You need to discontinue the pills until this all passes and then you can restart.  There is no long lasting effect on your GI tract.
