I just recently started the Alli program and so far so good. I lost 3 lbs. in my first week. I was surprised to have done that well. Althought I wanted to share that I was really having trouble staying within my fat grams (calories were no problem) until tonight I was reading through my steps. I realized that the 15 grams of fat that is recommended to stay within wasn't total daily intake but per meal intake. Even though I wasn't going to let not being able to eat only 15 grams of fat per day, I'm glad to know that I have more controll than I thought I did. If I am incorrect about the daily recommended grams please let me know. Happy weight loss everyone!
