sadly, i'm discovering that even losing weight slowly, at the recommended rate, it depends on your age and the amount you lose as to whether you get left with extra skin. i know weights would help tone the muscle, but the skin isnt muscle, and i guess i should start saving now for that tummy tuck.
i suppose this is a lesson to all the younger people on here- lose it now! and dont wait until you'll have extra skin to worry about once you lose the weight
